Re-Imagining Historic L.A. County General Hospital ~ Vendor Proposals Needed!
The L.A. County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) is seeking a vendor to reimagine the historic L.A. County General Hospital and transform the 25 acres of land into a place of recovery, growth, and healing!
The potential vendor will submit a proposal for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a multi-purpose development site to support the most vulnerable populations - a concept inspired by Supervisor Hilda L. Solis' "Healthy Village" vision at General Hospital. All potential development options should take into consideration a range of options in accordance with the Feasibility Study for development, operations, and financing.
Before submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, interested development teams are strongly encouraged to attend the following optional and mandatory site-walks:
