Senate Bill 972 Passed! Here is what street food vendors need to know...

Last Friday, 9/23/22, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 972, authored by Long Beach state Senator Lena Gonzalez. The bill streamlines a path to acquiring a street vending permit and prohibits criminal penalties from health department and law enorcement. Suddenly the future seems brighter for the street food vending community!
